Founded in 2004, Wireless Advocates is a division of the Car Toys enterprise, the largest independent retailer of mobile entertainment and wireless phones in the nation.  Founded in 1987, Car Toys operates in more than 50 locations throughout Washington, Oregon, Colorado, and Texas. The VP of HR develops and directs all Human Resources functions to support the retail store teams and support headquarters for a growing store within a store retailer. Designs, implements and operates programs that achieve Company goals and objectives by attracting, developing, training, and retaining a quality workforce. Align initiatives with strategic business goals to ensure superior organizational performance. 

This leadership opportunity reports to a dynamic President and we are looking for an HR professional with a retail or hospitality background - proven success in working with multi-state, nonexempt employee base, and a strategic leader.  The VP needs to be able to lead in all areas of HR including staffing, employee retention, compensation, building a solid HR infrastructure for future growth, organizational design, culture building and leadership development.  This is a great opportunity for an HR leader to help Wireless Advocates grow and take everything to the next level.
