Assembling a staff like this requires experienced, intelligent recruiters with a great portfolio of achievements in full-cycle recruiting. We are looking to add two senior recruiters to this growing organization which is expanding locally and internationally. If you enjoy developing creative sourcing strategies, partnering with management, generating high quality candidates, evaluating candidate skill sets and advocating hires for only the best talent - you will find this role to be challenging and rewarding.

We are looking for experienced recruiters who “get it” and have demonstrated success in generating top candidates in corporate environments where the bar is high. You will need a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 6 years of related recruiting experience. Direct sourcing and creative candidate generation abilities as well as strategy development required. Effective relationship skills and oral/written communication skills required, including high competencies in strategic thinking, analytical abilities, organizational skills and communication/interpersonal skills.
