The Compensation and Benefits Manager is needed to oversee all areas of compensation and benefits for Wireless Advocates.  Experience in both compensation AND benefits are required.  We are looking for experience in a multi-state environment with planning, developing and implementing new and revised compensation programs preferably in a multi-state company.  Working with sales commissions, compensation surveys, company bonus programs, and ensuring compliance.  On the benefits side - health, welfare and retirement plans - 401(k), annual negotiation of benefits, ERISA reporting, and working with vendors.  There are two analysts reporting to this position.
