Intellectual Ventures (“IV”) is a privately-held, invention investment company based in Bellevue, Washington. Founded in 2000, IV’s business model centers on creating, acquiring and licensing pure invention in a variety of technology areas. IV plans to commercialize inventions through licensing, spin-offs, joint ventures and industry partnerships.

We are seeking a progressive HR Manager for this growing company to provide high quality HR support. The HRM will be responsible for culture building, employee relations, acting as a liaison with recruitment and performance assessment. This position will include a heavy emphasis on training and development, and coaching for the company. We are looking for demonstrated effectiveness partnering in a fast-paced and changing environment. Must be able to build trust and credibility with clients and senior executives.
